The Citizen Attention Point offers you the necessary face-to-face support to carry out all kinds of procedures related to the activities of B:SM.
Face-to-face attention in these offices will be carried out only by appointment, from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. If you have questions about the procedure, you can resolve them by calling 93 887 50 34.
To avoid displacement, you will also find us by using our online attention channels of each activity. We will assist you in a personalized way for any questions or clarifications.

Face-to-face procedures available at the Citizen Attention Point
• Bicing (service registration, under 18 registrations, reporting a claim, others).
• AREA (register a new vehicle, change to your commercial area, change your resident area, refund of amount, others).
• Endolla Barcelona (recharge cards, others).
• Grua Municipal (transfer of a vehicle, others).
Essential information and Covid-19 measures
• You must go to the Citizen Attention Point on the requested day and time. We ask for punctuality since, after 10 minutes of the agreed time, the appointment will expire.
• If you have to do more than one procedure, you must request an appointment for each procedure.
• If you cannot attend, cancel the appointment so that someone else can take your turn.
• For prevention reasons for Covid-19, the capacity of our offices is limited and only the person who has to do the procedure will be able to access it.
