2016 challenges

The challenges we plan for 2016 are:

Define and construct B:SM’s Institutional Integrity System:

  • Maximise the knowledge and commitment to B:SM’s principles, values and code of conduct established in the Ethics Code through a communications and training plan for all employees.
  • Create the Risk Map on legal and ethical compliance.
  • Define structures and procedures for prevention-supervision and draft directives and documentation as proof of the integrity model and legal compliance and its adaptation to the new requirements.

Consolidate the Transparency section on the website with new contents currently being defined with the City Council and obtain an efficient model for updating and expanding on the contents, in service to B:SM's stakeholders, and efficiently manage queries made via the 'transparency mailbox'.
