For what purpose do we process personal data?

What legitimizes us to process the data?

How do we get the data?

The personal data that we process in the different entities of the BSM Group come from the interested party himself and from Barcelona City Council.

Recording phone calls

BSM.SA will handle the recording of telephone calls using the call recording system in accordance with the following information:

Video surveillance

BSM.SA will process the images captured using the camera and video camera systems (in real-time recording and viewing modes) in accordance with the following information:
